My client is an established main contractor in Cambridge who have an opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Commercial Manager as the no2 on a £21m new build RC Frame laboratory project in Cambridge.
You will be a key part of this project where you'll be involved in procurement and placing orders, pricing variations and preparing valuations, CVR's, cost reporting and making payments as well as assisting with the final account at the end of the project.
My client can offer excellent training and career development as well as follow on projects in the area.
