The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a First Line Support Analyst who is technically skilled and has high customer service skills. Personality and attitude key to this position, you will be the face of the IT department and being able to work with people is crucial. Skills and Experience:
- Experience within an IT Support or First Line Support role would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Windows 11, MAC IOS and Active Directory administration
- Exposure to Cloud technologies as well skills in Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint and Teams
- Strong soft skills, customer service skills or an ability to develop relationships
- Well organised, strong communication skills and an analytical problem-solving approach
Role and Responsibilities:
Service Desk:
- On-boarding and off-boarding users
- Managing networked resources access
- Provide end-users support onsite or remote
- Installation/update/troubleshooting of software
- Look after tickets and communicate updates to end-users
Asset Management:
- Source new and reimaging of existing hardware
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Maintain asset registers
