I have a very rare opportunity indeed, how many roles offer totally uncapped OTE's? How many roles are you pretty much your own boss in charge of your earning destiny?

My Client are moving from an agency network to employing in-house sales Specialists, they offer a range of fabrication, repair and conversion for Ships both civil and Defence.Offering Deep water berths for semi submersibles also Drill ships.

Applicants should already have a grounding in this sector, whilst its not essential you come from a big ticket maritime repair environment, some form of experience and track record working within the boats/shipping/offshore sectors will be key to your success.

You will be very sales driven, a real busy operator, looking to drive all types and value of sales through the business.
