Position
Streamline Recruitment are currently dealing with one of the leading M&E contractors within the South. They are looking for a Electrical Project Manager to join their major works division on their London projects.
Company
The company is one of the leading M&E contractors within London and have worked for some of the biggest tier 1 contractors in the industry such as Vinci, ISG and Bouygues.
With this contractor we have had glowing reviews from candidates who have started with them & they also have a great family feel to them and a progressive structure in place.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Overseeing a team of Mechanical Managers
- Must have a good understanding of Life science projects
- Worked on projects with mechanical values of Nine Million
- SMSTS/CSCS Black Card is needed
- Good understanding of the commercial aspects of construction
- Reporting into a Divisional Director/Contracts Manager
- Responsible for weekly progress reports
- Will be the point of contract between client and contractor
