Location: Burton upon Trent

Hours – fulltime

Salary – basic £35,000 - £40,000 + up to 18% of your salary in commissions. Plus, car allowance

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong client relationships. Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team, you will based out of their Burton upon Trent office, and out on the road.

Duties

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies with the Commercial Director.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
• Analyse sales performance and provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales initiatives and projects.

The Candidate

• Essential experience and knowledge of the logistics industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
