Job Description:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the quantity surveying function for major construction projects up to £60m
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within budget.
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and oversee a team of surveyors
