Position: Production and Logistics Planner (Maternity Cover)

Location: Northfleet, Kent

*Permanent role - Immediate start*

The role will involve producing daily plans, ensuring order fulfilment is met and failures communicated in timely manner, coordination of production workflow for one or multiple products, planning and prioritising operations to ensure maximum performance, keeping planning errors to a minimum, scheduling shifts and assigning staff to particular production operations, managing manpower – planning numbers, booking of vehicles and producing load plans and delivery notes, administration tasks associated with production, other general duties.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as Production Planner, excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles, experience in manufacturing resource planning, working knowledge in MS Office, strong organisational and problem solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Working hours: Sunday to Wednesday a week by week mix of 05.30am - 17:30pm and 07.30am - 19.30pm

Salary: 28k
