Account Manager
Trevett Services are working with a leading National Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on an Account Manager to work outside of Salisbury.
This is a full time, permanent role in addition to a car allowance and a 20% bonus scheme.
Key responsibilities of the Account Manager
- Responsible for the day to day running of the hard services, organising the site team and supply chain in order to meet contractual outputs and objectives
- Maintain customer relations including progress meeting, site visits, and obtaining referrals
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders around site to ensure maintenance is completed, whilst minimising operational downtime
- Managing & having accountability for the P&L and maintaining agreed profit margins
- Managing a team of M&E engineers and contract support workers
- Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability, and make sure that contracts are re-won on re-tender
Experience required:
- Ideally would come from a Facilities Management background
- Influencing skills
