Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst.
Location: Reading, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits
We have an exciting opportunity in the South of England for a qualified and diligent Asbestos Site Analyst to join an industry leading UKAS accredited Consultancy. The successful candidate will be carrying out the full range of analytical services across Commercial and Industrial contracts. You will be responsible for maintaining our clients high standards and excellent reputation by always being professional and ensuring analytical duties are carried out efficiently on site. Our client can offer a company car or allowance, generous holiday allowance, company pension scheme and opportunities for progression. Due to the nature of the role, consideration will be given to candidates who hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 and have experience carrying out surveying duties.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Windsor, Bracknell, Woking, Guildford, Basingstoke, High Wycombe, Alton, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Aylesbury, Watford, St Albans, Hertford, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Stevenage.
Experience & Qualifications:
Will hold the BOHS P403 / P404 qualifications.
Holding the BOHS P402 would be beneficial to the role.
Able to use industry relevant systems e.g., TEAMS / TRACKER.
Will have a strong background working hands on for a reputable Asbestos Consultancy.
Well versed in HSG 248 guidelines.
Excellent and professional communication skills.
The Role:
Carrying out 4 stage clearances.
Leak, background, re-occupation, smoke, and personal air testing.
Carrying out visual re-inspections upon completion of work.
Producing certificates of re-occupation.
Creating detailed reports based on site findings using TEAMS / TRACKER.
Working in line with HSG 248 guidelines.
Carrying out audits in line with client needs.
Where the P402 is held:
Carrying out management, demolition & refurbishment asbestos surveys across a mixed portfolio of sites including domestic, local authority, commercial and industrial.
Carrying asbestos bulk sampling.
Creating asbestos surveyor reports using PDA and specialised software.
Asbestos Analyst, Surveyor / Analyst, Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Asbestos Consultant.
