oin a vibrant and supportive Special Needs Setting in Wolverhampton. This rewarding role involves working closely with children who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH, ADHD, and Autism.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress.
  • Utilize effective behavior management strategies.
  • Promote independence and social skills among students.
  • Monitor and record student progress and behavior.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEMH, ADHD, and Autism.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children with special needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable.
  • A commitment to enhancing the educational experience of children with special needs.
