We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for our construction client covering a majority of Groundworks, Civil engineering and Demolition works. Ideally you will have experience in NEC contracts, but this is not essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day tasks associated with estimating including BOQ, project cost control and cost management. You will also be expected to carry out cost planning and monitoring along with monthly cost reporting and client billing.
This position will include site visits and client meetings to discuss project scope so communication skills are a vital part of this role. You will also be required to drive to sites, so a full UK licence is essential.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Working hours:
Monday-Thursday: 7am-5pm
Friday: 7am-4pm
Benifits:
25days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
