Job Description
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting
- Review and analyze project plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for estimating
- Maintain and update a comprehensive cost database
Key Skills and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
