Our client is looking for a skilled Sewing Machiniest to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. 

Key duties:- 

• A high degree of machining skills, including binding, overlock and piping.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards at all time
• A 'can do', positive attitude
• The ability to work as part of a team, involving other machinists and Quality Checkers.
• Ability to use industrial sewing machine and perform basic machine maintenance i.e. changing needle and thread and cleaning the machine
• Operate on different stations as and when required
• Recycling of waste fabrics and fills, stock control, packaging and general machine room duties. The Company reserves the right to vary your duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the Company’s business
• Record keeping of items produced
• Applicants will require own transport as location has limited access to public transport.
• Free onsite parking.

Starting rate of pay is £12.50ph dependant on experience.
