Location: Queenborough, Kent

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

The Role:

As a PDI Manager, you'll oversee our PDI Workshop, Compound, Parts, and Warranty team, ensuring high standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, managing, and motivating a team of automotive technical staff.
• Driving a high-performance culture and ensuring operational performance meets Company and customer KPI's and SLA’s.
• Setting objectives for each department and planning accordingly to ensure efficiency and product targets are met.
• Accurately producing and finalizing reporting in line with group reporting frameworks.
• Developing and delivering Company and business strategies to support objectives and projects.
• Supporting the Company and operation to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in line with GBA Group, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.

Experience Required:

• 2+ years of Operations Management experience, preferably industry related.
• 3+ years of experience in managing staff, including performance monitoring.
• High competency and experience with Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Quality and customer service driven.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment.
• A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
