Role Requirements:

- MRICS qualification with a minimum of 2 years PQE.

- Extensive experience in various Chartered Building Surveyor disciplines, especially in party wall, dilapidations, and contract administration.

- Team player with exceptional client relationship-building skills.

- Highly motivated with excellent workload management abilities.
