Location: North London (Hybrid Working)
Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri.
Total Hours: 36

I am searching for 2 dedicated and experienced Assessment and Review Officers to join a Preparing for Adulthood team in North London, focusing on individuals aged 14 and above.

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in North London 2-3 days per week (work from home on the other days), providing the perfect balance between remote work and in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with SEND children to understand their individual needs.
• Communicate the needs to the EHCP writer following annual review.
• Ensure that adjustments to the EHCP are suitable and beneficial for the child's education.
• Working in the office 2/3 days per week, remotely on other days.
• Build strong relationships with the children and their parents or guardians.
• To understand the wants/needs of all key stakeholders to do with each child and ensure these are met when the plan is updated.

Mandatory requirements:

• Prior experience working within a Preparing for Adulthood team (14+ age group).
• Must be able to work in the office in North London 2/3 days per week.
