Key Responsibilities:

• Subcontract Package Management: Oversee and manage subcontract packages to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Measurement and Valuation: Accurately measure works on-site and prepare detailed valuations.
• Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs): Conduct regular CVRs to monitor project financial performance and identify any variances.
• Payments: Prepare and process payments for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
