Due to growth within the business, we now have another opportunity on the EEC Team

£26k plus OTE £6k - £7k realistic in the first year, uncapped with 30% of their sales team earning over £40k in their first 12 months. 

Incentives to increase basic salary to £29k on high performance in your first year

5 day week (2days from home, 3 day in the office to start) 37.5 hours - for the first couple of months, then 3 days from home, 2 days in the office

  • Uncapped commission have recently ranged from £200 to £500+ per month on top of salary is achievable after induction/training.
  • For the first 6 weeks you will receive face to face, hands on 1-2-1 training at HQ and will be required to spend more time in the office with the team to receive support and product knowledge

Our clients goals are to develop business and industry links, provide a professional services in a commercial environment and contribute to local communities by the promotion of collaborative training, CPD and sponsorship opportunities.

The role of Executive Education Consultant will involve working as part of a friendly professional team of sales executives with natural drive and enthusiasm for achieving their individual and business targets. Do you consider yourself to have a flair for opening doors, having great conversations and building brilliant relationships ? Do you have a professional and consultative sales approach ? Have you worked in events/outbound sales ?

You will be working as part of a successful and proactive sales team in a friendly and supportive office environment. Your primary focus is to develop new customer relationships which qualifies an understanding of the benefits that can be achieved through professional development training with our client.

This is primarily a telephone & email position involving profiling of accounts, prospect building and achieving weekly sales targets. Over time, the role will evolve into an account management position.

Responsibilities for the Executive Education Consultant include but are not limited to:

  • Creating sustainable business relationships
  • Attending business breakfasts, local hubs, networking events to generate interest and gain new leads
  • Identifying business opportunities and providing accurate forecasting of pipeline sales
  • Preparing quotes and proposals for customers
  • Effective customer service management
  • Maintaining all relevant management information systems
  • Prospecting for new customers, using Linkedin, social media and you will have a healthy list of qualified leads to work through too.
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
