The school is looking to take on a dedicated and professional Teaching Assistant / TA on a long-term, on going basis until 2025. The successful applicant will be working with a pupil within the Foundation phase that requires 1:1 support. Your role will be paramount in helping the pupil enhance their skills and develop their social communication and therefore experience working previously with Additional Learning Needs is crucial for this role. Specific experience working with autism or speech language and communication would be advantageous.

The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will have:

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification
• Experience working one to one with pupils with Additional Learning Needs / ALN
• A passion for having an influence on making a difference to young people’s learning
• Excellent communication skills
