The current team of Nursery Practitioners provide a nurturing environment for the children within their care, ensuring the children are inspired and have fun throughout the day. The nursery provides a ‘home away from home’ atmosphere for the children, helping them settle into the nursery and grow comfortable within the setting, with large spacious rooms offering a wide range of different activities for the children to play with.

The nursery are currently searching for a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team on a part-time basis. The successful applicant will have previous experience caring for young children, and will be eager to join a new team and develop their own skills as a Nursery Practitioner. The successful Nursery Practitioner will be able to provide 2 professional references and will be happy to provide or apply for an Enhanced DBS Certificate.

The successful Nursery Assistant will:

• Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Safeguarding and Child Protection policies and procedures
• Have previous experience working with young children under the age of 5
• Hold a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Childcare & Education or equivalent
