Investment Planning Manager

We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for an Investment Planning Manager on a 6 month initial contract with scope for extension / permanent opportunities.
Key Duties will include;
- Project Manage and deliver the annual Housing budget setting process. This will involve coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders from across the organisation and formulating a several investment options for consideration.
- Monitoring the agreed budget to help inform the setting of the subsequent budgets.
- Produce and maintain top-down and bottom-up 2, 5, 10, 30 year and life-cycle year investment scenarios.
- Undertake Appraisal Analysis for required investment decisions that quantify the value-for-money, plus understand the wider benefits to the organisation.
- Implement and deliver a proactive stakeholder management approach so the investment plans are supported.
- Manage and lead a team of technical staff in a way that maximises their productivity and growth.
This role offers excellent working conditions, hybrid working and will be 1-2 days per week in Bristol and the rest working from home. Joining a good team with competitive rates of pay.
