GPS Recruitment have another fantastic opportunity with a leading global manufacturer in the engineering industry.
As BOM Engineer, you will be working in a dedicated technical team of engineers and technical draft personnel for one the UK’s leading materials handling equipment manufacturer. Products are engineered to the highest specifications and manufacturing processes. The company’s finished products are manufactured from scratch to client specification.
You’ll be responsible for creating and publishing product bills of materials from detailed drawings, producing the works orders for these parts to be created at the flagship manufacturing facility in Leeds.
We are looking for individuals with a clear understanding of market demands, along with previous experience raising works orders, publishing product details with relevant product codes.
Key experience:
- Manufacturing process of cutting, welding, machining (milling, turning)
- Engineering/ spec drawings (including symbols) to a reasonable level
