Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker with hospital discharge experience? Have you got experience working within a multi-agency environment? We are on the lookout for Qualified Social Workers to join an authority in North London! Immediate starts available.

This is a full time role working across 5 days per week. Pay rates up to £32 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Care Act assessments
• Arranging support upon discharge
• Level of knowledge and experience in the Mental Capacity Act
• Report writing
• Managing caseloads
• Essential visits

The minimum requirements for this role are:

• Social Work England registration
• Social Work Qualification
