Acorn by Synergie is working with a technical contracting company based in Cardiff seeking 2x experienced Bids Writing Managers. The main purpose of the job will be to manage the drafting and delivery of high-quality tender responses and pre-qualification documentation.

Job Duties:

* Ensuring Pre-Qualification and Supplier Approval Questionnaires for new business opportunities are completed on time and in line with client's requirement

* Ensuring Tender submissions for new business opportunities are completed on time and in line with client's requirement

* Support and manage the Bid process to ensure the bid documents are of the best calibre possible for submission. This includes tender research, proof reading, tender drafting, as well as document formatting and obtaining/developing pricing documents with all divisions within the company

* Monitoring of supplier portals identifying potential tender opportunities for the business

* Attend tender interviews and meetings, as required

Key Requirements:

* Previous bid writing experience essential, preferably within the construction sector.

* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

* Good communication and written skills

* Accuracy and attention to detail

* This position requires flexible working hours to cope with periods of high demand
