Senior Software Engineer in Test, Fully Remote, €55-€60k

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer in Test to join our client's team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our payment solutions. You will work closely with the development and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain robust testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
• Design and execute performance testing using JMeter and K6.
• Implement API testing with Rest Assured.
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test data using Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and issues to resolution.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Java or C#.
• Experience with Selenium or Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of REST API testing with Rest Assured.
• Expertise in performance testing tools like JMeter and K6.
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Solid understanding of Linux or Windows operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
