We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding company looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Bradford.
General duties:
- Identifying and pursuing new business development for the company
- Cold calling prospect clients
- Implement the Business Sales plans
- Achieving company growth targets and sales
- Win business from new customers in line with targets set by the Sales Manager
- Generate an increase in business from existing customers listed in your portfolio
- Identify new target customers within defined parameters.
Requirements:
- Experience within a freight forwarding environment essential
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients
