Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join a busy Adults Health and Social Care Team based in London Borough of Hackney.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Practitioner:

  • Supervising Qualified Social Workers and Unqualified Staff:
  • Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and leadership to the team.
  • Ensure adherence to standards of professional practice.
  • Strengths-Based Practice:
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
  • Work autonomously while supporting the Team Manager.
  • Monitor and assure standards of professional practice.

What we are looking for in a Senior Practitioner:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
