Job Title: Service Advisor - Weston-super-Mare
Salary: £26,500 Basic + Bonus (OTE £27,800+)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30

We have a new vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor for my client's bodyshop in Weston-super-Mare. My client is part of a large dealer franchise that represents some fantastic brands. This role suits a Service Advisor looking for a long-term career.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Will be to meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the bodyshop for scheduled & non-scheduled bodywork repairs.
• Support the aftersales function and the various staff members in the department such as junior service advisers, bodyshop controllers & assist the bodyshop manager in the day to day running of a busy bodyshop department.
• Upselling any existing products to new and existing customers.

Service Advisor Requirements:

• Must have high quality customer service experience, doesn't have to be in the motor trade- full training provided.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous.
• Full UK Driving License.
