I am working with a growing Housing Association in the Newcastle area who are looking to recruit a Clerk of Works, you will support the delivery and control of property services projects. You will contribute to the delivery of value for money, high-quality, customer-focused and innovative services, being responsible for surveying works/properties, providing site representation and works inspection, identifying potential areas for investment, and implementing long-term sustainability and improvement strategies.

This role would suit an individual with a proven track record in property services. Ideal candidates are results-oriented, who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide site representation and inspection duties.

- Identify potential areas for investment and implement long-term improvement strategies.

- Conduct validation surveys for proposed works.

- Perform stock condition surveys.

- Oversee completed work surveys and handovers.
