Excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer in the quality department ensuring all parts meet strict standards.

As the Quality Auditor you will:
*Identify and isolate non-compliant batches
*Complete start up, ensure check sheets, procedure & first off parts meet standards
*Track the correct analysis, input, return, recovery and disposal of rejected parts
*Analyse, follow and verify the correct rework of the pieces
*Inventory control of rejected parts.
*Ensure all Purchased Goods meet quality standards
*Escalate non-conformance to internal teams and quality engineering
*Raise non-conformance with suppliers
*Manage scrap by recording and analysing
*Train production staff on the identification of products and faults
*Report and communicate non-conformities
*Train the operators present in the quality standards and manage the associated authorisations
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality, in collaboration with methods, production, quality, control receipt, providing the quality data necessary to resolve problems
*Propose adjustments to the Operating Instructions
*Audit standards and the products in production
*Fill in the audit record sheets and summary of non-compliance
*Train and raise awareness of quality among operators

As the Quality Auditor you will:
*Have previous experience in manufacturing
*Ideally have undertaken quality inspection or audits previously
*Have excellent attention to detail
*Ideally be able to read drawings
*Be confident in measuring, analysing and recording of data
*Be a great communicator

Working hours a rotational shift pattern on 6am -2pm then 2pm -10pm Monday to Friday.
