We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier installations, refurbishments, and new projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the West and East Midlands.

Job Description:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee a range of electrical projects, including installations, refurbishments, and new developments in commercial, educational, and healthcare settings. You will ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage electrical installation, refurbishment, and new project works.
  • Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
  • Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and compliance on all job sites.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in commercial, educational, and healthcare sectors.
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
  • Extensive experience in electrical installations, refurbishments, and new project developments.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driving license.
