A well-respected property and construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Holborn.  

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized property and construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Healthcare and Hotels. The Quantity Surveyor will be delivering project initially in the Healthcare and Hotel sectors.

With support from a MRICS Partner, the Quantity Surveyor will be running projects through all stages, strengthening your pre and post contract knowledge.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Ideally worked on Healthcare or Hotel projects  
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
