Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance as a Management Accountant you will be responsible for;
- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, providing insightful reports to aid decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to optimise financial performance and drive inefficiencies.
- Contribute to financial projects, process improvements, and system implementations.
Profile
- Part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or relevant finance degree.
- Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
