Job Summary:

Newly Qualified Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in your subject area.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development and achievement.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

The successful candidate will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) achieved.
• A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a willingness to contribute to the school community.
