Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Implement lesson plans and instructions left by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Support students in their learning activities and manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as taking attendance and maintaining records.
• Foster a supportive and respectful classroom atmosphere, encouraging student engagement and participation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
