Job Opening: CNC Miller Programmer/Setter

Shift Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6 PM – 6 AM

Compensation: £20 - £22.50 per hour

Role Overview: We are looking for experienced CNC Miller Programmer/Setters to join our client's team for a permanent night shift position. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating HAAS machining centers to create precise components. Responsibilities:

• Operate Haas 3-axis vertical machining centers.
• Produce components to exact tolerances from provided drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in setting up and operating milling machines; programming experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HAAS control systems preferable, Fanuc also acceptable.
• Skilled in using inspection and measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Dedicated to producing components within tolerance specifications.
• Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with 4th and 5th axis machining is a plus.
