We are continuously growing and developing as a brand, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activity across the business.

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing & implementing marketing strategies to promote our services.
• Driving brand awareness, generating leads and increasing client engagement.
• Executing marketing campaigns and analysing performance
• Conducting market research and managing a variety of marketing channels.

• Organising internal and external events including promotional events & trade shows
• Creating & managing content for the website & social channels
• Building & maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Creating and developing video content for internal and external platforms.
• Producing tender documentation & presentations to support bid management
• Writing and editing press releases

About you:

• Minimum of 3 years marketing experience, ideally within a construction related environment
• You enjoy creating written content and have experience in graphic design and/or video editing
• You have managed marketing budgets effectively
• Comfortable using marketing tools such as Canva, Photoshop & Analytics
