Title: Senior Customer Success Lead
Division: Information Technology
Contract Position based at: Gaydon/Whitley - This role is hybrid and will require being on site once a week with a maximum of twice a week.
Umbrella Rate: £64.41 / hr
Length of Contract: 12 months
Position Description:
In customer success the individual will be responsible for ensuring the customer is happy with the outcome of our clients digital products, gather relevant feedback and create remediation plans when not happy. They will also be responsible to tracking benefits on the different tools once live. This role will include coordinating training and program role out.
Skills Required:
- Experience within customer success or a similar role such as business adoption
- Customer engagement
- Stakeholder management
- Analytical
- Experience with Tableau and Appian
Experience Required:
Technology experience preferred within a similar role.
