I'm recruiting for a highly advanced engineering business in Cheltenham who are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join their team. The company develops embedded software code on ARM micros and FPGAs along with some higher level code in C/C++ for tightly-regulated industries.
ROLE: Senior Embedded Software Enigneer
LOCATION: Cheltenham (remote/flexible available)
SALARY: up to £75,000 p/a
The skills required for the Senior Embedded Software Engineer are:
- Embedded C and C++ development on ARM micros and FPGAs
- RTOS
- Understanding of electronics/hardware
- Creation of tests for code validation
Beneficial skills are:
- Embedded Linux
- VHDL / FPGA development
- Digital Signal or Audio processing
- RF / telecoms background
