Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who are a leading Manufacturer of the machinery they build, you will be working specifically with the electrical department.

Principle Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator :-

• Overseeing and maintaining the work schedule and resources
• Plan teams workload to help meet deadlines
• Communicate with the design, manufacturers and projects team
• Advise on potential delays and deadlines and adjust schedules to suit
• Attend business progress meetings

Person specification:-

• Resource planning experience
• Competenet with all Microsoft packages and willing to learn new systems
• Background for an engineering or electrical company would be a plus
• Highly organised
• Ability to communicate with other departments

This is a part time posistion as a Project Coordinator working 25 hours a week, offering an annual salary of £21,000.
