An award winning Luxury 72 bed care home is looking for a very experienced Registered Manager

£70 000 - £80 000 + Bonus

The home combines the full range of care services including Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Respite Care,  with amenities usually found in the finest hotels and resorts. Residents enjoy the home’s beautiful, serene grounds, a busy calendar of wellness, entertainment and educational activities, and being part of a caring, friendly community.

As a manager, you will work as part of a Team ensuring the smooth running on a day to day basis whilst working across with the owners (senior management) to ensure that the auditing policies and procedure and best practice is implemented throughout their organisation.

Requirements:

**** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE LOOKING AFTER A LARGE CARE HOME****

• Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Manager
• Must be from a residential setting
• NVQ 5 or equivalent
• Medication trained and competent in all medication related administration
• Previous management experience working with elderly residents with dementia
• Safeguarding
• Mentor staff and provide clear and consistent leadership
• Staff meetings/team building/guidance/direction/co-ordinate training.
• Care plan risk assessments
• Audits
• You will need experience dealing with healthcare professionals and external agencies
• Play a leading part to ensure the ongoing financial viability of the service.
• Help ensure maximum occupancy for the service
