We are looking for an electrician for a permanent position from day one working on tenanted social housing properties around Warwickshire. The Electrician role is:
- Covering Stratford-Upon-Avon and Warwickshire
- Working on social housing
- £35,000 + overtime + call outs (OTE = £40K+)
- Monday - Friday 40 hour week (flexible working hours)
Day to day works consist of:
- Day to day repairs on social housing properties
- Planned and reactive maintenance across Warwickshire
- Being part of an emergency out of hours team
Mandatory qualifications for this contract include:
- Full UK driving license
- 18th Edition Wiring Regs
- NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
- City & Guilds Inspection & Testing 2391 or equivalent
You will be required to pass a DBS Check for this contract.
