Our client, a leading transport logistics company based in Crayford, is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable logistics solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced and organized Transport Planner to join their dynamic team.
The Transport Planner will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for the effective planning and coordination of a fleet of 15 vehicles. Key responsibilities include scheduling routes, managing driver assignments, ensuring timely deliveries, and liaising with customers. The role also involves monitoring vehicle performance and maintaining accurate records using relevant logistics software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage efficient delivery schedules for a fleet of 15 vehicles.
- Assign drivers to routes and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Monitor and ensure the timely execution of deliveries.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and address any issues.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using logistics software.
Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
4 on 4 off shift pattern, working from 07:00 - 19:00 or 09:00 - 21:00.
