Junior Project Manager (Construction)

Gravesend (Hybrid)

£35,000 - £40,000 + training + support towards PM qualifications + progression + company car or allowance + excellent holidays + life assurance + company benefits

Are you a Project Manager, with any experience in Construction, looking to work on exciting, high value structural projects across the UK, with a rapidly growing company, where you will receive dedicated training and development to ensure you reach your full potential, with fantastic progression opportunities through senior roles?

Do you have experience in Construction / Civil Engineering, seeking an integral role in a market-leading firm which is part of a wider Engineering consultancy, currently dominating global markets, where you will manage multiple construction projects at any one time from conception to completion, reporting directly to the Operations Director, who will heavily invest in your ongoing training so that you can become the best in your field?

On offer is the opportunity for a Project Manager to immediately add value to a dynamic business working on a variety of specialist inspection, maintenance and specialist access construction projects, with previous works including projects at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Silverstone Circuit and the Houses of Parliament.

The Role:

• Excellent training provided, including external training courses to attain your IRATA and Project Management qualifications
• Manage multiple projects at once from conception to completion
• Complete the cost planning, variation and forecasting of projects
• Complete the RAMS and method statements
• Maintain and develop business relationships with clients
• Oversee procurement and management of materials for projects
• Project programming
• Manage quality assurance
• Liaise closely with site managers
• Travel nationwide to client sites when necessary

The Person:

• Any Project Management experience within Construction
• Full UK Drivers Licence
