Twenty4Seven Education is thrilled to be working alongside this vibrant and joyful primary school located in a residential area of Caerphilly. They are looking for a level 3 Teaching Assistant to work alongside their amazing team of staff and work with pupils to create an engaging and enjoyable learning environment.

They are looking for a joyful and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work alongside their team and to become a positive and supportive addition to the school. 

The Role:

The successful candidate will begin working in September and will be working till the end of the academic year. They will be working term time on weekdays from 8:30 to 15:30. They will be working as an early year's teaching assistant and will work supporting pupils in their day-to-day school life and helping them develop academically socially and personally. 

As a Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Support the room leader in preparing educational activities

  • Work in small groups leading activities and exploring with the children

  • Get to know the children and learn how to support them academically, socially, and personally 

  • Discuss and put into action strategies to support the pupils

  • Get involved in activities and encourage the children to explore and play creatively 

  • Work with the pupil and teacher to plan and put into action systems to help the pupil 

  • Get stuck in and explore the world with pupils making a fun and enjoyable learning experience

The successful candidate: 

  • Will be caring, passionate, and hard-working

  • Will have an understanding of how to support pupils

  • Will have a good command of the English language 

  • Will be able to implement and adapt learning activities 

  • Will be joyful and get involved in activities and encourage the children to explore and play creatively
