Axcis Education is partnering with a large mainstream secondary school in Rochdale to recruit a dedicated Maths Teacher for a September start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join a supportive school community.

About the Role:

• Position: Maths Teacher
• Teaching Levels: Key Stage 3 (KS3) & Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Contract: Supply for 26 weeks, transitioning to a permanent contract pending a successful supply period.
• Support for ECTs: Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply. The school is committed to supporting you through your induction year.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Maths
• Experience: Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 students is preferred but not essential.
• DBS Check: Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• Skills: Strong classroom management skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage and inspire students.
