Disputes Resolution Associate (2+ PQE)
Guernsey, Channel Islands
Our client, a highly regarded and Legal500 ranked offshore law firm, is looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Associate to join their team in Guernsey.
You will join a busy team and work on a wide variety of high quality litigation/dispute resolution matters such as fund disputes, trust disputes, insolvency, or complex arbitration matters.
You will work very closely with other associates, partners and with clients, represent the firm in dealings with other law firms and support junior associates should the need arise.
Skills and Experience:

Solicitor admitted in England & Wales/Scotland/Jersey/Guernsey

At least 2 years of dispute resolution experience gained in a reputable law firm

Arbitration/ADR experience is highly desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritise workload
