Role Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, supporting students with diverse needs. Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN.
- Assist in implementing personalized learning plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
- Help students with daily tasks and activities.
Requirements:
- Passion for working with students with SEN.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications or experience (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, experience in SEN settings) Is preferred, not essential.
