Job Advert: Care Manager
Location: Llanelli
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Llanelli. Reporting to the Registered Manager and supported by the Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality service and developing the staff team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Registered Manager in the implementation of all policies, procedures, and business objectives.
• Ensure all records are compliant and up to date.
• Act as an ambassador for the service, maintaining good relationships with all multi-agencies.
• Work closely with the in-house specialist support services team, including qualified learning disability nurses, PBS practitioners, active support facilitators, and PBM trainers.
• Develop and lead a staff team committed to delivering exceptional care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, with a willingness to work towards Level 4/5.
• Significant experience in the care sector, particularly in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
