Customer Service Advisor role:  

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints through various channels like phone, email or chat.
  • Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Service Advisor pay:  

£26,200 plus bonus and benefits. This is a work from home role.
